There is an all new solution to slow, labor intensive sausage, pepperoni, chorizo and poultry production. It's the high-speed Swipper Compact clipping machine from Tipper Tie. As with the rest of the Swipper line, the Swipper C is a Swiss-engineered double clipper that securely processes all types of sausage including dry and semi-dry products as well as cheese items, soups, confectionary products and more. What's unique about this machine is its easy operation via a touch screen and its ability to be customized with options such as a looper and a labeler. All this at a reasonable cost to you!
The Swipper design is the result of both Tipper Tie's industry experience and systematic new product development. Swipper machines utilize all known plastic, fibrous and collagen casings (20-75 mm) and clip close them cleanly and efficiently. We know that the appearance and quality of your product's packaging is important, and that's why the Swipper closes portions precisely to generate individual chubs, chub chains and ring-shaped items without leaving any residue in the product tails.
Swipper Compact Clippers offer high-speed output as well as versatility for a wide range of product diameters. In fact, they accept two kinds of clips sizes, so a machine operator can simply switch clips during production to accommodate a different product run. Furthermore, the utilization of the all new NewCon® (Newton Control) protects critical clipping components and mechanisms like the dies, punches and forming arms.
