TTBag (TB10)

TIPPER TIE TBag (formerly known as TB10) is the poultry industry's premier machine for packaging whole birds in an efficient and economical way. Hassle-free operation allows for one operator to run up to 10 packages per minute while clipping and up to 30 packages per minute when bagging. Machine operation is simple: the operator pushes the bird through a horn and into a bag, breaks the hocks against the hocking station, twists the bag and places the bag into the clipper. It's that simple! Various size wicketed bags can be used, and each unit comes with an optional hocking station that can be placed on either side of the bagging system to accommodate existing packaging lines. It utilizes stainless steel or aluminum vertical clippers that apply strong and secure spool clips for tight bag closures and long production runs. What's the result? A tight and appealing, securely clipped finished package.
