SwiStickXXL

The new SwiStickXXL from TIPPER TIE offers state-of-the-art, robust suspension technology for heavy and long sausages. The SwiStickXXL safely and precisely suspends all sausages with plastic, fibrous or collagen casings in the caliber range Ø 20 – 120 mm with a maximum sausage/ string length of up to 1700 mm. The weight of each individual sausage may be between 500 g and 10 kg. Every smoking stick can be loaded with a total weight of up to 50 kg, depending on the quality and properties. Depending on the product, the SwiStickXXL can suspend up to 65 loops per minute on the smoking sticks.  The SwiStickXXL is available for smoking sticks from 800 mm to 1200 mm. It can be individually configured for the smoking sticks of the customer. The sausage or string of sausages is placed on a double chain of hooks by the conveyor belt via the catcher and deposited on the smoking stick at a height of 1,750 mm. A robot or automatic conveyor system can then take the loaded smoking stick from the buffer of the SwiStickXXL and then load a smoking trolley, for example. The buffer has a safety stop which is activated as soon as the delivery table is full.
