Introducing the new high speed RS4204S! It's the first automated double clipper to offer consistently high speeds of 40 cycles per minute (actual throughput varies depending on the size of the end product). In fact, food processing manufacturers are realizing double or more the output of other systems. And, it's portable, compact size allows it to fit in just about any environment.
This robust machine utilizes shirred fibrous, collagen, cellulose, cook-in plastic casings and casing net to produce a large array of fresh and dry sausages, smoked meats, cooked meats and processed poultry. It handles hard and soft emulsions as well as whole muscle meat products in sizes up to 50 pounds and 72 inches in length. And, the vacuum system creates an air-free package.
The newly designed stainless steel gathering-voiding-clipping system is the heart of this machine. As a result the clipping operation is faster and stronger than ever before. It ensures all products are cleared from the casing providing clean tails and allowing a tight, secure clip closure to be applied. Products can be either tightly stuffed or slack filled to produce molded products and D shaped products on racks.
The controls are operator friendly to permit easy adjustment of all machine functions. State-of-the-art controls diagnostics are improved enabling the operator to specifically identify where a problem exists and resolve the problem quickly.
