The WM Flex Netter for whole muscle meat applications is brilliant! Designed
to automatically net one or more muscle sections at one time, this model utilizes
a breech load so the operator only has to orient the sections, close the breech
lid, and then it's done! To reduce excessive downward pressure by the operator
when fully loaded, the breech floor sits low while the door is open and rises
once it is closed. The end product is perfectly packaged in the netting of your
choice, with or without collagen film or with fibrous casing only. Plus, the breech
size can be changed out in fifteen minutes to adjust to your production needs.
Flexibility, is built into the design. The secure clip closure is solid enough for you
to hang the product by or you may alternatively select a loop for hanging.
There is almost no end to product size and length combinations with the versatile
WM Flex Netter.
The newly designed stainless steel gathering-voiding-clipping system with a
stationary clipper is the heart of this machine. As a result the clipping operation
is faster and stronger than ever before. It ensures all products are cleared from
the casing, providing cleaner tails and allowing a tight, secure clip closure to be
applied. Products can be either tightly stuffed or slack filled up to 3".
Tipper Tie engineers still managed to keep the operator controls remarkably
simple, even with so much functionality. Operators will have little trouble learning
the straight-forward controls. As always our engineers also spent time building
this machine with extra safety features for the ultimate protection of the operator.
